First Place Finishes for Hale and Fitzgerald in Mission Ridge, WA

SkiBird Race Report: The SkiBirds are back in Vancouver after a weekend in Mission Ridge, WA, with many great finishes on both the men’s and women’s teams! Cameron Hale lead the men’s team both days, with a first place finish on Saturday, winning both the first run and overall. He placed 5th overall on Sunday, with a 2nd place finish in the first run. Teammate Bryan Cadman had strong finishes both days, earning him 10th and 9th places overall. Benjamin Pick (26th) helped the men to a 4th place finish on Saturday.

The women also had blazing results, with Jordan Fitzgerald in the lead on both days – earning 2nd and 3rd places overall, winning the first run on Sunday! Katherine Greer came in behind her in 7th place on Saturday and 4th on Sunday, followed by Anna Lazzereschi in 12th and 9th. On Saturday, Julia Brown and Michele Warner came in close behind in 13th and 14th places respectively. Sunday brought another strong finish for Warner, where she placed 11th overall. Teammate Maija Wootton was close behind her with a 14th place finish.
