Free Week | May 23 – May 29

Free Week for this semester begins on Tuesday, May 23rd and it runs until Monday, May 29th. UBC Recreation welcomes students, staff & faculty, and the general public to this week long event at no cost. Don’t miss out on this opportunity to try out some instructor-led classes including Zumba, Aquacize, Boot Camp, Tai Chi Chuan, and more for FREE!

Here’s something NEW this Free Week!

You can get a chance to enter to win a free Fitness or Instructional class by getting your card stamped by your instructor at the end of the class. All you need to do is print your own stamp card at home or simply grab one in class and attend 3 different starred classes, then hand-in your stamp card at the SRC Operations Desk to be entered to win a free Fitness or Instructional class. Please note that only starred classes are eligible for stamp card.

  • All classes are drop-in basis – no pre-registration is required
  • Try out as many classes as you want, for free!
  • Beginners are welcome at all classes

Tips for Participants

  • Remember to wear comfortable clothing and bring water
  • Arrive early for all classes and plan to stay until the end
  • Pick up your stamp card in class and get your card stamped
