I particularly enjoy the lunchtime classes to break up my work day. The Yoga & Pilates Pass is new this year – one pass gives you unlimited access to all Yoga and Pilates classes for the fall.

Janet spends a lot of her work day sitting at a desk, so she enjoys taking a lunch break to work in some movement.  She finds that when she comes back to her desk for the afternoon she feels relaxed and focused.
