Olivia has been a member of the UBC Synchronized Swimming Thunderbirds Sport Club (TSC) since starting at UBC two years ago. Having been an elite athlete for most of her life, she was worried when starting university that she wouldn’t be able to compete anymore – that’s when she found out about TSC.

Sport Clubs Executive Team

The TSC program provides athletes with opportunities to compete, as well as work in leadership positions within their clubs. This year I was elected Club Lead which means I am the liaison between my club, the University, and our governing body. At the end of the day, it’s our team’s goal to be a top competitor at Nationals, and it’s the Club Lead’s job to make sure we get there.
