Fitness and Mind/Body Programming Changes

Please note that the following courses will change location from the SRC into the new UBC ARC Building.

As of February 26th:

  • Lunch Crunch Boot Camp (Tue/Thu) from 12:05PM to 12:50PM will move from the SRC Studio to the ARC Lower Studio

 

As of March 5th:

  • Beginner Boot Camp (Tue/Thu) from 4:30PM to 5:25PM will move from the SRC Studio to the ARC Lower Studio
  • Zumba (Mon) from 6:30PM to 7:25PM will move from the SRC Studio to the ARC Main Studio

 

As of March 12th

  • Early Bird Boot Camp (Mon/Wed) from 7:00AM to 7:55AM will move from the SRC Studio to the ARC Lower Studio
  • Coop Combo Boot Camp (Mon/Wed) from 5:30PM to 6:29PM will move from the SRC Studio to the ARC Lower Studio 
  • Hatha Yoga (Mon) from 12:00PM to 12:50PM will move from the SRC Dojo to the ARC Main Studio
  • Vinyasa Yoga (Tue) from 12:00PM to 12:50PM will move from the SRC Dojo to the ARC Main Studio
  • Hatha Yoga (Tue) from 6:00PM to 6:55PM will move from the SRC Dojo to the ARC Main Studio
  • 50/50 Yoga Pilates (Wed) from 12:00PM to 12:50PM will move from the SRC Dojo to the ARC Main Studio
  • Hatha Yoga (Wed) from 4:30PM to 5:25PM will move from the SRC Studio to the ARC Main Studio
  • Pilates (Thu) from 12:00PM to 12:50PM will move from the SRC Dojo to the ARC Main Studio
  • Vinyasa Yoga (Fri) from 4:00PM to 4:55PM will move from the SRC Studio to the ARC Main Studio
