Vicki began participating in UBC Recreation programs after seeing other colleagues exercising during lunchtime. The class times and locations are very convenient for her, and she finds a lunchtime workout is a great way to feel re-energized during a workday. Vicki’s involvement helps her feel connected to the UBC community.

Be Fit & Cycle Fit Classes

“There are 15 classes to choose from each week, and they’re completely free with any Staff & Faculty BirdCoop Membership! I enjoy them because with each class, I get to spend time with my colleagues outside of the office, and I have also made new friends.”

All Be Fit and Cycle Fit classes are included with the student Flex Pass memberships as well as all staff, faculty, UNA, CSC, and public memberships.
