To celebrate the opening of the ARC, we are offering three personal training sessions for $99. This is a savings of over $75 and a great introduction to the benefits of personal training.

Wednesday Zumba Class Schedule & Location Change

Wednesday’s Zumba class (for Free Week and ongoing) will be rescheduled to 6:30-7:25pm in the SRC Studio due to instructor availability. (Previous time and location was 5:30 – 6:25pm in the ARC Upper Studio) The digital schedules have all been updated to reflect this change.
