Welcome to UBC Recreation Dance!

Dancing is a creative outlet for you to express yourself and UBC Recreation offers a variety of dance classes taught by energetic instructors to help you display this. In addition to learning dance techniques, you will improve your posture and balance while reducing stress and improving relaxation. All of our dance classes including but not limited to Lyrical Jazz, Hip Hop, and Bollywood Belly Dance, are designed to meet the needs of all skill levels!

Wednesday Zumba Class Schedule & Location Change

Wednesday’s Zumba class (for Free Week and ongoing) will be rescheduled to 6:30-7:25pm in the SRC Studio due to instructor availability. (Previous time and location was 5:30 – 6:25pm in the ARC Upper Studio)

Extra Ballet I & II classes added

An additional ballet I & II class has been added to the schedule for Sunday April 8th from 3PM to 4:25PM and 4:30Pm to 6PM, respectively. All classes will be occurring in the SRC Studio.
