Drop-In Schedules

Across UBC Recreation, there are many drop-in and casual participation opportunities that do not require registration. Simply show up at the location about 10 minutes before the scheduled start time and check in at the front desk. You will be asked to fill out a waiver and provide payment (if required). All programs will be filled on a first-come, first-serve basis with priority given to those who have registered for the full program where appropriate.

Aquatics Drop In

Our Aquatic Centre has three separate tanks that can accomodate a variety of programming options:

  • Leisure Pool and Hot Tub: The Leisure pool includes a lazy river and is accessible by a ramp. The Hot tub is accessible via a lift.
  • Recreation Pool: The Recreation pool is 25m by 25m, contains 2 diving boards, and is accessible via ramp.
  • Competition Pool: The Competition pool is 50m by 25m and is accessible via lift.
