Membership is not required for personal training sessions, boot camps or any other group personal training programs. Please note, you can only use the club when in the program or when training with your trainer. If you would like to use the club at any other time a membership is required.

Twice the fun – half the price for the 2nd person! (3rd or 4th person is also half price in the same group). Maximize your time, results and fun!

Valid when 3 or more personal training sessions are purchased. People training together will need to be looking for similar results.

Health Assessment

Includes: Body composition test, measurements, cardio test, blood pressure check, strength, flexibility, sit up and push up tests.

12 Sessions. Quick Workouts! Quick Results! 30 Minutes (One on One) Training Sessions. Choose the program that best suits your needs: Fat Loss, Muscle Gain, or Tone and Tighten. 5 - 45 minute sessions. These sessions are designed to focus on goals for effective results in short amount of time. Trainers will customize sessions to your needs whether it’s weight loss, muscle gain, general fitness, weight training or increasing your flexibility.
