Membership is not required for personal training sessions, boot camps or any other group personal training programs. Please note, you can only use the club when in the program or when training with your trainer. If you would like to use the club at any other time a membership is required.

For individual personal training sessions please register in person at the BirdCoop Fitness Centre and ARC at UBC Life Building or by phone: 604-822-6924 (BirdCoop).
