Certification

The CFES Fitness Knowledge Course is nationally and provincially recognized as a prerequisite anatomy/physiology module for group fitness instructor and personal trainer certification. Participants have one year from date of course registration to complete the program. This course combines traditional hard-copy learning materials with online learning. Students can expect to spend 35-50 hours completing the certificate. High speed internet access is required. Please ensure your mailing address and email is correct at time of registration.
