Hydro Board Fitness

Hydro Board Fitness is a specialized Aquacize class performed on floating Stand-Up Boards/Mats. Participants will work through a number of different routines while maintaining balance on Hydro Boards and constantly working their core. Access a full listing of classes and information here. Learn to Play Tennis

Adult 1.0-2.0 Summer Camps

Our Adult Summer Camps are designed to compact our regular clinics in to one week! In these sessions you learn the rules, scoring, positioning, serving, and all strokes of the game. The most basic introduction of all strokes (serve, volley, and groundstrokes) will be taught. Access a full listing of classes and information here.

Drop-In Table Tennis

Free for all UBC students at the ARC. All equipment is provided by the ARC front desk. To borrow equipment please bring a valid ID card. Check the online schedule for the most up-to-date gym times.

Fitness Memberships

Fitness memberships gets you access to two gyms on campus; the BirdCoop in the Student Recreation Centre, and the ARC in the UBC Life Building. All student memberships must be purchased in person with a valid Student ID Card. You can purchase your membership at the operations desk in the ARC, the BirdCoop Fitness Centre, or the Student Recreation Centre. All rates include tax. 

Adult Swim Lessons

UBC Aquatic Centre offers a variety of different swim lessons for all levels. Swim lessons range from beginner to advance with the option of private lessons. Prices start at $2 for introduction to swimming, and discounts are available for all students on swim lessons, private lessons, and springboard diving.
