Sports Performance Camps

UBC Thunderbirds Sports Performance Camps provide athletes the opportunity to train with UBC’s elite, professional coaching staff. Coaches work with beginner and elite athletes to develop sport-specific skills in areas such as: Aquatics, Baseball, Strength and Conditioning, Volleyball, and more! Aquatic Kids Swim Lessons

Be beach safe this summer

We offer a variety of Red Cross Swim Kids levels during the day, in the evenings, and on the weekends throughout May and June. Parents and siblings can take advantage of our non-peak rates to get in a swim too! Check out our online schedule to see a full listing of classes available. Discounts are available for all CSC/UNA participants.

UBC Summer Camps

Kickstart at UBC/Douglas Park 

This camp is appropriate for recreational soccer players who may be new to the sport, or children currently playing with a community league. This camp is designed to grow each camper’s soccer skills and tactical awareness. Skills covered include attacking, defending, dribbling, passing, shooting, and overall ball control. UBC Summer Camps

Lacrosse Camps

This exciting camp will be focused on teaching and improving the fundamentals of field lacrosse to each of the campers. These introductory sessions will be led by UBC lacrosse coaching staff and players with a focus on basic skill development and game play.
