A staff member will give a pre-race speech and lead you to the start line.
  • Team Relay Cycle/Run Pre-Race Assembly: 10 mins before relay hand-over. You must hand over the 'Winning Time' chip in the respective Assembly areas. Pin your race # to the outside of your cycling/running shirt. Your race # must be visible at all times.
